Connecting with your customers

We want our clients to be able to communicate with us in whichever way they feel most comfortable and as we are located in a predominantly Welsh speaking area, it is important to offer bilingual communication for our Welsh-speaking employees and clients.

Being able to work bilingually has also made us more attractive to UK-based clients who work with other languages. They can see that we are confident working with at least two languages on a day-to-day basis and therefore feel comfortable in our abilities to print bilingual materials, whatever the language.

At the moment Welsh is used conversationally on the factory floor and with clients who feel more comfortable communicating in their first language. We have seen further benefits as our website and communication with customers from quotations to invoices is available in the language of choice for the customer
